We wanted a name that would identify us as based in Glasgow's West End and highlight our partnership with Four Acres Charitable Trust in our residency at The Cottier Theatre. Hanging in the bar was the answer to our quest - a portrait of Daniel Cottier, with a set of whiskers that Brahms himself would envy!
